Emily is responsible for the governance framework and corporate secretarial function, ensuring that InfraRed’s UK group companies comply with statutory legal and regulatory requirements.
Her role also includes providing support and guidance to the Managing Partners, various boards and committees. Emily is also the Company Secretary for InfraRed Capital Partners Limited and The InfraRed Charitable Foundation.
Before joining InfraRed, she was Assistant Head Company Secretary at Vodafone. Emily started her career with Citigroup at Citi Property Investors followed by overseas roles with Apollo’s Luxembourg real estate funds.
Emily has acquired a breadth of experience spanning private practice and in-house roles, culminating in 19 years of experience in governance.
