Emily Mendes joined InfraRed in 2017.
Emily is InfraRed’s Company Secretary and Data Protection Officer. She is responsible for the governance framework and corporate secretarial function, ensuring that InfraRed’s UK group companies comply with statutory legal and regulatory requirements. Her role also includes providing support and guidance to the Managing Partners, various Boards and Committees.
Emily has a breadth of experience spanning private practice and in-house roles. Prior to joining InfraRed, she was Assistant Head of Company Secretary at Vodafone. Emily started her career with Citigroup at Citi Property Investors followed by overseas roles with Apollo’s Luxembourg real estate funds.
Emily has a LLB from Staffordshire University and member of the ICSA.
