Kasia Makarewicz

Working alongside InfraRed’s Management Committee, Kasia is responsible for ensuring the co-ordination and delivery of InfraRed’s strategic initiatives.

Kasia played a key role in the structuring, negotiating and implementing of the project that led to Sun Life’s investment in InfraRed and the subsequent divestment of InfraRed’s Asian and European real estate businesses. Prior to this, Kasia was a member of the Investor Relations and Fundraising team responsible for structuring and raising of various real estate and infrastructure funds, including pooled investment funds and co-investment vehicles for institutional clients.

Before joining InfraRed in 2013, Kasia worked for Pacific Real Estate Capital Partners as an Associate. She is a CFA Charterholder, and has more than 20 years of experience in financial services – gained in various roles including analysing, structuring, and executing investment transactions in the real estate sector.
