Neil is responsible for the provision of tax advice and support across all transactions entered into by InfraRed.
Neil’s primary responsibilities include advising on key areas such as tax structuring and tax due diligence, as well as supporting the investment teams with deal execution and other tax compliance related matters.
Before joining InfraRed in 2021, Neil was an Associate Director in Deloitte’s M&A tax practice where he provided transactional tax advice to a wide variety of institutional investors.
Neil is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, with over a decade’s worth of experience in tax.
