Cesar joined InfraRed in 2017.

Cesar is responsible for managing a number of social and transportation infrastructure projects across the Americas during both construction and operational phases. He is a non-executive director on the boards of a number of the project companies. Cesar also provides support to InfraRed’s acquisition teams in both the primary and secondary markets.

Cesar has over 20 years’ experience in infrastructure undertaking a variety of roles spanning all key project stages, from business development, bidding, construction, contract administration, and through to operations and asset management. Prior to joining InfraRed, he worked for a number of leading infrastructure developers in North and South America, including Skanska, Cintra and Odebrecht. Specifically in the transportation sector, he played a significant leadership role in three major PPP road projects in the U.S., with a construction value of over US$7bn.

Cesar hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tri-State University a MBA from Esade Business School in Barcelona.
