Clément Leverd

Clément joined the InfraRed team in 2015.

Clément is responsible for the management of infrastructure projects within the InfraRed portfolio during their construction and operational phases and is a non-executive director on the boards of many of the project companies. He also leads initiatives to implement effective value preservation and creation strategies across the portfolio and provides support on the acquisition of new projects.

Previously, Clément worked internationally on major infrastructure projects at various stages from preliminary engineering through construction to operations. Just before joining InfraRed, he worked for Egis and was seconded for 3 years to Connect Plus, the project company in charge of the £6.2bn DBFO contract for the M25 road network around London.

Clément has a Master’s degree in Science and Executive Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris (Mines ParisTech) and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Highways & Transportation.
