Geoffrey Quaife

Geoffrey joined InfraRed in 2007.

Geoffrey is responsible for the management of infrastructure PPP projects within the InfraRed portfolio during both their construction and operational phases and is a non-executive director on the boards of many of the project companies. He also provides support to the InfraRed team in the acquisition of new projects for both the primary and secondary markets.

Geoffrey has over 30 years’ experience in construction and property-related industries, with direct involvement in health, education and defence PFI projects. Building upon his previous experience in construction and facilities management (FM), prior to joining the InfraRed team Geoffrey was Commercial Director of two FM companies, including MITIE PFI Ltd, where he took PFI projects to financial close and also managed PFI schemes in their operational phases.

Geoff graduated from Kingston Polytechnic with a diploma in surveying and studied for an MSc in Facilities Management. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and member of the British Institute of Facilities Management.
