Robert joined InfraRed in 2011.

Robert is responsible for the management of infrastructure PPP projects within the InfraRed portfolio during both the construction and operational phases and is a non-executive director on the boards of many of the project companies. He also provides support to the InfraRed team for the acquisition of new projects in both the primary and secondary markets.

He has over 40 years’ experience in designing, constructing, maintaining and operating major infrastructure projects across the health, education, road, rail, custodial and defence sectors in the UK and overseas. Robert has worked for companies including Trafalgar House (now part of Skanska); Hyder and Brookfield Europe.

For the past 20 years Robert has primarily focused on projects in the UK PFI sector.

Robert has a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Manchester University, is a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) and has an MBA from the University of the West of England.
