Sarah is responsible for portfolio impact at InfraRed, establishing and implementing an impact strategy across InfraRed’s portfolio.
Her primary responsibilities include devising, delivering and monitoring a series of targeted and scalable impact initiatives across InfraRed’s project companies, aligned with InfraRed’s sustainability objectives. Sarah also leads the InfraRed Community Engagement Committee.
Sarah previously led the finance, risk, technology, and operations teams for over 15 years, creating and implementing multiple key business transformation initiatives focusing on digitisation, automation and improving operational resilience.
Prior to InfraRed, Sarah held several finance roles within HSBC, and trained in the audit team of EY’s Banking & Capital Markets group in London. To date, Sarah has over 20 years of finance and operations experience within financial services and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales (FCA).
