We have been an active investor and manager in European real estate for over 25 years, having initially established ourselves as a value-add investor and mezzanine lender in UK commercial real estate in the early 1990s.
We focus on assets which suit our intensive management style favouring well-located, primarily multi-let properties in the shopping centre, industrial and office sectors across Europe.
Our track record is based on our extensive technical capabilities and resources that enable us to re-configure, refurbish and reposition assets for the investment market, typically after a 3 to 5 year holding period. Through this process we not only create investment returns from income and capital gains, but we also improve the business and social environment for tenants, consumers and other stakeholders in the respective local communities. Our project implementation is based on comprehensive business planning that encompasses all aspects of letting, operating cost management and building improvements, monitored on a real-time basis via our in-house property management system.
Recent projects include the purchase, repositioning and subsequent sale of the Leitwerk office building in Munich and Project Lake, mixed-use block in central Copenhagen, and the refurbishment and regeneration of the Clayton Square shopping centre in Liverpool and the Hachette office tower in Paris.
