TRIG announced last Friday the acquisition of a 25.3MW wind farm in the Republic of Ireland for €17.3 million subject to certain earn-out provisions. The project was acquired under TRIG’s Right of First Offer Agreement with RES. With nine project acquisitions completed in 2014, TRIG has increased its generating capacity by more than 50% this year, providing investors with further benefits of diversification and scale.
