TRIG announced this morning the acquisition of the Four Burrows solar park, a 7.2 MW solar park in Cornwall, for £8.6m plus working capital. The project was acquired under TRIG’s Right of First Offer Agreement with RES. This increases TRIG’s Portfolio to 30 projects (18 wind, 12 solar). With twelve acquisitions completed since IPO, TRIG has increased the Portfolio by over 60% since launch in July 2013, providing investors with further benefits of diversification and scale.
