Andrew is responsible for the management of social infrastructure assets across a number of our income funds’ portfolios, and also leads our asset management digitisation strategy.
He has more than six years of experience in PFI, and eight years in infrastructure. He also holds a PhD in collaborative partnering in UK PPP social infrastructure provision. Before joining InfraRed in 2022, Andrew spent five years with Pario where he managed healthcare and education PFI projects during their operational phase. Prior to this, he worked as a quantity surveyor, and as a doctoral researcher and member of teaching staff at Ulster University.
