Dulce is responsible for a couple of InfraRed’s income strategies, which invest across both core and renewable infrastructure. Additionally, Dulce manages all co-investment related activities at InfraRed and is a member of a number of InfraRed’s Investment Committees.
She has led investments in the core transportation and renewable energy sectors across Europe and Latin America for both greenfield and brownfield strategies.
She joined InfraRed in 2013. Prior to this, she spent 9 years structuring, financing, and investing in infrastructure, based primarily in London (John Laing and Citi) and also in Sao Paulo, Brazil (Banif Investment Bank).
