Honey is responsible for Learning & Development at InfraRed.
She is responsible for leadership development and delivering engagement programmes, which reflect the ever-changing needs of the business. She also supports the Head of HR to drive cultural and behavioural change and to create a diverse work force that values difference.
Honey has more than 20 years of experience in HR and talent. Before joining InfraRed in 2020, she was the Managing Director for her own HR consultancy, and was previously Head of Professional Education for Deloitte LLP.
