Isabel is responsible for providing transactional tax support to InfraRed’s listed and unlisted infrastructure funds. She primarily works alongside the investment team, portfolio management team and third-party tax advisors on acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings.
Before joining InfraRed in 2024, she was an Associate Director in Deloitte’s M&A Tax team where she advised a variety of private equity clients on tax matters.
Isabel holds Associate Chartered Accountant (“ACA”) and Chartered Tax Advisor (“CTA”) qualifications.
