As Head of HR, Marie is responsible for InfraRed’s Human Resources and is also a member of InfraRed’s Management Committee.
She leads the development and execution of InfraRed’s people strategy with a particular focus on maintaining the company culture. She oversees all aspects of Human Resources, which includes succession planning, attracting and retaining talent, change and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
Before joining InfraRed in 2013, she worked for a number of financial institutions including Barclays, Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup. She has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, and more than 10 years of experience working in the infrastructure sector.
