Mark is responsible for leading InfraRed’s tax team.
His primary responsibility is for the tax affairs of InfraRed and its managed funds in the UK and world-wide, as well as ensuring that InfraRed operates in a tax compliant manner.
Before joining InfraRed in 2024, he was the Funds and Deals Tax Director at Intermediate Capital Group. Prior to this, Mark was a UK Tax Partner at Kirkland & Ellis specialising in asset management and transactional tax. He has more than 13 years of experience in tax in the investment management sector.
He is admitted as a qualified solicitor in the United Kingdom and also a Chartered Tax Adviser.
