Mark Tiner is the Managing Director and CFO of InfraRed’s Core Infrastructure Funds, including the key role of CFO of HICL Infrastructure PLC (“HICL”), the LSE-listed core infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed. Mark leads HICL’s financial reporting and portfolio management, which includes key responsibilities for capital management, valuation, portfolio outperformance, and financial optimisation.
Prior to joining InfraRed, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer at Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited, a listed Investment Trust focused on digital infrastructure investments, where he was responsible for all financial reporting, forecasting, control, and operations. Mark has also held senior finance positions at Novalpina Capital LLP and Marwyn Investment Management LLP.
Mark is also a Chartered Accountant (ICAS).
