Neil is responsible for several infrastructure assets within HICL Infrastructure PLC’s portfolio, the LSE-listed core infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed.
His primary responsibilities include fiduciary duties for various UK and Irish based project companies operating in the PPP/PFI healthcare, education, and road sectors.
Before joining InfraRed in 2021, Neil spent 12-months working within the NHS, project managing lifecycle works for the renewal of key medical equipment. Prior to this, he spent more than 15 years with John Laing, predominately undertaking infrastructure asset management roles including managing a portfolio of assets within another listed fund.
Neil is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), having qualified with King Sturge (now JLL) in 2003 as a Chartered Building Surveyor.
