Ross is part of the team that has responsibility for the day-to-day activities of HICL Infrastructure PLC, the LSE-listed core infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed.
His primary responsibilities include acquisition screening and strategy, portfolio performance and risk management. He has more than eight years of experience in the infrastructure sector, including greenfield and brownfield equity investment as well as in portfolio and asset management.
Before joining InfraRed in 2018, Ross was a Senior Consultant at Steer, where he provided strategic, commercial, and technical advice to a range of clients across the infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on transport.
