Ross is part of the management team of HICL Infrastructure PLC, the LSE-listed infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed.
His primary responsibilities include investment screening and strategy, portfolio performance and risk management. He has over 10 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, including greenfield and brownfield equity investment as well as in portfolio and asset management. He currently represents HICL as a non-executive director on the board of London St Pancras Highspeed.
Before joining InfraRed in 2018, Ross was a Senior Consultant at Steer, where he provided strategic, commercial, and technical advice to a range of clients across the infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on transport.
