Our DEI commitments

We know that actions speak louder than words. From actively seeking talent from diverse backgrounds to implementing inclusive policies like gender neutral parental leave, we’re working hard to make InfraRed an equitable workplace. This ambition is rooted in our vision of Creating Better Futures as we believe that an inclusive culture with diversity of thought directly corresponds with higher quality decision-making and can materially impact our success.

We are committed to making progressive improvements whilst maintaining fairness for everyone, so we have set the following diversity targets:

  • One third of senior team members will be women in five years from a baseline of 24% in 2023.
  • Our workforce continues to reflect the ethnic mix of the societies in which our people are located.
  • Our DE&I initiatives will recognise and focus on key characteristics essential to fostering diversity of thought e.g. age, social background, education, religious beliefs, physical ability and sexual orientation.
