Our summer internship scheme is designed for students looking to gain early experience in infrastructure investment.

You will gain valuable work experience and project level insights across the end-to-end investment execution process over the course of the scheme.

Our analyst programme is designed to maximise the potential of those involved. Building on your analytical abilities and basic commercial knowledge, we’ll equip you with the skills and industry experience you need to develop into an accomplished investment professional and team leader.

Working alongside talented and enthusiastic colleagues, you’ll be given ownership of a variety of roles across our global infrastructure business – including deal origination and underwriting, portfolio and asset management, and investment structuring and financing. Your role could see you working across different geographies, on anything from social and transport projects (e.g. utilities, roads, and hospitals) to energy transition and renewables (e.g. wind, solar, and hydrogen).

As you progress through the programme, we will support your continued development via our modular learning framework – a combination of personal inductions, online training courses, and bespoke role-specific training – designed to help you realise your potential.
