Jorge is responsible for the sourcing, execution, and management of infrastructure projects across the Americas, in particular in the energy and telecommunications sectors.
He led InfraRed’s office in Mexico City between 2019 and 2021 and completed InfraRed’s first investment in the telecommunications tower segment. He has more than a decade of experience in infrastructure, has passed Levels 1 and 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst program (CFA), and holds a Certificate in Investment Management from CFA UK.
He joined InfraRed in 2015 from Punter Southall Group, where he advised businesses on M&A and capital raises in deals across infrastructure, energy, and financial services. He started his career at Spanish engineering and construction company Elecnor, providing in-house corporate, M&A, and structured finance legal advice for greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects in Europe and Latin America.
