IPeter Beardmore, MCC’s Director of Housing commented: “Miles Platting is about more than providing affordable and modern housing. It is about revitalising a community with a renewed sense of pride and belonging. The strong relationships between the PFI parties have been instrumental in realising this transformation and as we near the 10-year anniversary, the parties remain committed to this work. Throughout, the parties have sought to “go the extra mile” and the ongoing initiatives and engagement with residents will continue to have a positive impact on the community.”
