InfraRed Capital Partners and the Co-operative Group sell 29MW Twin Rivers Wind Farm

InfraRed Environmental Infrastructure Fund (the “Fund”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of its 50% interest in Twin Rivers Wind Farm in December 2016 to NTR, the Irish infrastructure investor on behalf of its NTR Wind 1 Fund. The sale process was concluded simultaneously with the end of construction of the project.

Twin Rivers Wind Farm is a 28.7MW, 14 turbine wind farm located in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England, owned by the Fund alongside The Co-operative Group (who is also disposing of its 50% interest to NTR).

The Fund has now successfully developed and exited c. 180MW of wind farms that provide enough power for more than 100,000 homes.
