InfraRed Capital Partners – Appointment of Infrastructure Co-Heads

17 September 2018 Corporate

InfraRed Capital Partners (“InfraRed”), a leading international investment manager focused on infrastructure and real estate, announces today that James Hall-Smith and Harry Seekings are appointed as Co-Heads of Infrastructure. James has been a Managing Partner of InfraRed since 2011 and is a senior member of the infrastructure team who has worked for the business for over 20 years. Harry, who is being appointed a Managing Partner, will take on the new role in addition to his existing responsibilities as the leader of the day-to-day operations of HICL Infrastructure Company Limited, the LSE-listed infrastructure fund. Harry joined InfraRed in 1998.

These management changes have been made following the agreement that Ben Loomes will be leaving the company.  Since Ben was appointed Head of Infrastructure in 2017 he has successfully led the process of evolving InfraRed’s infrastructure business from a multi-fund structure into an integrated global execution platform.

Werner von Guionneau, Chief Executive, InfraRed said:  “We congratulate James and Harry on being appointed to their new roles. We thank Ben for his contribution and wish him every success for the future.”
