4 April 2019 Investments
InfraRed confirms the infrastructure team recently completed the sale of its interest in Crook Hill Wind Farm on 07 December 2015. This transaction successfully completes the disposal process of four UK onshore wind farms developed by InfraRed on behalf of its development environmental infrastructure fund, with a combined capacity of 85MW. The four wind farms were sold as a portfolio to a single investor account managed by Hastings Funds Management.

The portfolio comprised the following assets:

50% stake in Pant Y Wal Wind Farm: a 52.5MW wind farm in South Wales, operational since March 2013

50% stake in Mynydd Bwlffa Wind Farm: a 22.5MW wind farm in South Wales, operational since July 2015

Reaps Moss Wind Farm: a 10MW wind farm in Lancashire, operational since October 2015

Crook Hill Wind Farm: a 37MW wind farm in Lancashire, operational since November 2015

The sale of this portfolio means that the Fund has now successfully realised over half of its investments.
