InfraRed NF China Fund I completes its third exit of a direct investment in China

InfraRed NF China Fund I has successfully sold its 50% share in a mixed use office and retail project adjacent to the International Exhibition and Convention Centre in Guangzhou, China. The completed development project has a total Gross Floor Area of 135,980 square metres and has been sold based on an asset valuation of RMB 2.65 billion or US$425 million. The development project, which was completed in the third quarter of 2012, represents the third exit of a direct investment for InfraRed NF China Fund I.
