Sustainability – a catalyst changing the investment landscape

At InfraRed, we have believed for some time that Sustainability should be at the heart of our business. We have a long and successful track record investing in low carbon generation and renewable energy infrastructure projects, including wind farms and solar parks, as well as energy transition infrastructure such as standby generation and battery storage.

For us, the ability to identify, implement and monitor Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) is one of the key elements of creating sustainable value for all stakeholders.

We have integrated ESG analysis into our investment process to ensure that related risks and opportunities are considered throughout the investment cycle.

We are a signatory of the Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI), a voluntary framework for incorporating ESG issues into investment practice. InfraRed consistently achieves excellent ratings and was awarded an A+ overall rating in its 2019 PRI assessment.

We manage real assets with a real purpose

We create real value for people and their communities in the form of job creation and high-quality buildings and infrastructure that enhance their surroundings.

Our Community Engagement Programme aligns with our values and our business. We aim to nurture talent and realise potential in young people, mainly within the communities associated with our portfolio of assets.

We take an active, intelligent and sustainable approach to managing our assets – and we have built a track record over 25 years that speaks for itself.
