Helen is responsible for finance and operations across InfraRed. She is also the CFO of HICL Infrastructure PLC, the LSE-listed core infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed.
She oversees all day-to-day operations, including the teams responsible for finance, portfolio management, tax, treasury, IT and operations. She is also a member of the HICL Investment Committee.
Before joining InfraRed in 2021, she was the CFO of EFG Private Bank, where she was an Executive Director, Chair of the Asset and Liability Committee, and a member of the Management Committee and Credit Committee. Prior to this, she held a number of roles at 3i Group and Close Brothers Group. She is also a Chartered Accountant.
